This is a very large fruitwood and pine draper's table with seven drawers, three on each side and one on one end.
 
The surface is in a genuine raw and rustic wood, and with a charming profile, and lovely patina. The table frame, also in wood, has lovely details and patina. 
 
Drapier tables were typically used in manufacturer's shops, for fabric rolls/textiles on which you could measure the material for the customers in true style. An ideal piece of furniture for the shop/showroom/studio or as a console table in the living room for lamps and books. Or in a country kitchen.
