    1950’s Krakow Honey Bentwood Dining Chairs from the Polish furniture industry – Set Of Four.
     
    The process of steam bending beech to create elegant chairs was discovered and developed by Thonet, but when its patents expired in 1869 many companies launched production.
     
    These chairs date from the 1950s, a simple classic shape with beautiful colour and elegant shaped backs and seats.
