DELIVERY
Please contact Swag Ltd for delivery details. We can deliver to England and Wales for FREE and can acquire quotations for the EU and further afield on request. You can also collect at our premises.
As we are a small company our delivery times can sometimes take a little longer so that we can use a courier at a reasonable price. This may mean them waiting to get several deliveries in one area to make the journey efficient and economical. We aim to deliver within two weeks. This is in fact faster than many larger new furniture companies who can take up to six weeks to fulfil an order. Please contact us for further details.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by PayPal, credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Card payments are securely made over the phone via our own terminal.
We can also accept payment at our premises directly.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If we are unable to supply you with the item you ordered we will inform you of this by e-mail or telephone and, if you have already paid, refund you in full as soon as possible.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if this is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS POLICY FOR INTERNET SALES WITHIN THE UK AND EUROPE
Items bought unseen from our website may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
We ask that you check items on arrival.
Items must be returned through an approved carrier within an agreed period.
A full refund, excluding the delivery and return carriage costs, will be made within 14 days of receipt of the item provided the items are returned in good, undamaged condition.
